Business Partner Participation Agreement

Referred to by Industrial Distributers, Industrial Suppliers, Trade Schools, Union Halls, Credit Unions, Nonprofit and Regigious Organizations, Community Colleges and like. Hereby referred to as Business Partners.

This Business Partner Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between LearnHow Blue LLC (“Company”) and the entity registering as a “Business Partner”. By integrating with the LearnHow Blue ecosystem, Business Partner agrees to the following terms:


1. The Ecosystem Objective

LearnHow Blue is building a patent-pending reskilling ecosystem designed to convert a Tech Vendor’s technical manuals into mobile-ready video courses via our AI Career System (AICS). The goal is to create a pool of Certified Techs on a Tech Vendor’s specific technology, which is then made visible to Corporations through the Talent Connect Dashboard.

 

2. Commission & Referral Structure

At this time, LearnHow Blue offers one (1) unified commission tier for all participating Business Partners:

  • Referral Commission:  Each participating Business Partner earns 40% of all gross revenue generated from all Job Seekers who register for LearnHow Blue Member for free AND UPGRADE -through the Business Partners unique referral tracking link.
  • Disbursement Of Funds20% shall be paid directly to the Business Partner.  20% will be awarded to the Scholarship Fund.  Once AICS has been built and tested is will be managed by the Company.  Scholarships pay for all or a portion of the course fee.
  • How Scholarships Are Rewarded:  This fund rewards job seekers who support LearnHow Blue ecosystem.  They are paid based on how many paid members they refer each month. i.e.,  3/mo. = 10% scholarship,  10/mo. = 20% scholarship, 25/mo.= 50% scholarship, 75/mo. or more = 100% paid course.
  • Payment: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days of the close of the calendar month.

Free Back Office:  Each Business Partner will have access to a private online back-office where they can track clicks and signups 24/7.

 

3. Marketing & Promotion

  • Cross-Promotion: Business Partners  agrees to promote the LearnHow Blue FREE ACCESS through its existing marketing channels, including but not limited to YouTube, LinkedIn, and email newsletters.
  • Access To Artwork: all Business Partners will have 24/7 access to the BlueCOMMUNITY.  Here you can access your referral link, special QR code, and ads and videos.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

LearnHow Blue LLC provides the platform and conversion tools “as is.” Company is not liable for the actual hiring decisions made by third-party Corporations or the individual performance of Job Seekers in the field.

The Crash

At 3:00 PM on a Tuesday, the doors closed. “Restructuring,” they called it. In ten minutes, ten years of expertise were wiped off the payroll. Marcus walked out with a box of personal items and a clock ticking toward the 1st of the month.

While the Referral Program kept his bills paid, once a new tech vendor came online, Marcus was able to see a video of what the tech vendor’s system focused on, and was able to sign up for their course at the price the vendor decided to charge once it went live.

Marcus didn’t have to go to a classroom or read 500-page PDFs. The AICS technology took the complex Technical Manuals from the new tech vendors and converted them into a high-speed, mobile-ready online call, complete with the Quiz Simulator.
