By accessing or using our website, mobile application, FluentCOMMUNITY portal, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
LearnHow Blue is an AI Reskilling Ecosystem designed to educate users, connect certified talent with employers via our Talent Connect system, and facilitate industry networking. Our Services are available to individual learners (“Users”), approved tech vendors (“Vendors”), and hiring companies (“Employers”).
To access certain features, including the FluentCOMMUNITY and your Partner dashboard, you must register for an account.
LearnHow Blue provides a matching service designed to bypass traditional resumes by providing Employers with “cold proof” of your technical certifications.
Users may participate in the LearnHow Blue referral program to generate income by sharing tracked links.
All content, branding, course materials, software, and patent-pending systems (including the Talent Connect matching algorithm) are the exclusive property of LearnHow Blue. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary ecosystem without explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnHow Blue and its founders, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost employment opportunities, or data loss arising from your use of the Services. The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Nevada / California], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [Your County/State].
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an alert within the FluentCOMMUNITY dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

The AICS (AI Career System) generated the course. Once approved by the tech vendor, it went live.
